I have recently come across this app that helps you automatically stabilize the line and thus make it smoother
You can use it with a tablet and a mouse and it works in Photoshop and other graphic software.

I don't own a tablet, which is also a reason I don't draw in Photoshop, so I thought this would be worth of trying.
And I like it. It does make my lines smoother.
However, this simple little drawings are also as far as i can get with just a mouse.
